Greece: Mobile Police Unit patrol schedules released for Epirus and Messenia

The General Regional Police Directorates of Epirus and Peloponnese have released the patrol schedules for Mobile Police Units for the week of August 17 to August 23, 2026.

In Epirus, the Ioannina Police Directorate has organized two mobile units. The first unit will cover various routes including Voutsaras, Polygyros, and Lygos during evening shifts, while the second unit will patrol areas such as Geroplatanos, Meropi, and Kerassovo during both morning and evening hours.

In Messenia, under the Peloponnese Police Directorate, patrols are scheduled throughout the week. Routes include Kalamata, Kyparissia, and various surrounding villages. Patrols will alternate between morning and afternoon shifts to cover different regional sectors from Monday through Saturday.
