Greece mountain accommodation prices for October 28 holiday

A new study by the Panhellenic Real Estate Network, E Real Estates, reveals accommodation pricing for mountain destinations in Greece during the October 28, 2026, holiday period. Because the national holiday does not fall on a weekend in 2026, travelers are expected to extend their trips from Thursday, October 29, through Sunday, November 1.

Costs for three nights in short-term rental homes for a group of four vary significantly, ranging from €340 to €715. Northern and Central Greece offer the most affordable options. Kastoria is identified as the most economical destination with rates starting at €340, followed closely by Florina at €342, Metsovo at €357, and Karpenisi at €360.

Mid-range pricing is observed in the Peloponnese and Central Greece regions. Destinations such as Kalavryta start at €415, Vlacherna in Arcadia at €430, Levidi at €465, and Arachova at €475.
