Greece opens second nationwide citizen evaluation of public services

From today for 15 days Greek citizens and permanent residents can evaluate public services and local administration online through the axiologisi.gov.gr platform. Participation requires a TaxisNet login, ensuring each response is unique, and respondents rate services on a scale of 1 to 10, with the questionnaire taking about seven minutes to complete.

The second round follows a first pilot conducted from 6‑31 May 2025, which saw nearly 65,000 participants. Interior Minister Thodoris Livanios highlighted the exercise as a tool for transparency and accountability, while Digital Governance Minister Dimitris Papastergios emphasized that citizen feedback drives reforms.

The survey aims to gather primary data on citizens’ experiences with central and local bodies, identify needs, set priorities and guide targeted improvements in public administration.
