Greece private islands for sale with prices starting at 2.2 million euros

Several private islands in Greece are currently on the market, with prices comparable to luxury villas in major cities. Listings from platforms such as Vladi Private Islands, Private Islands Online, and James Edition highlight various opportunities ranging from small plots to large estates.

One of the more affordable options is the island of St. Athanasios in the Corinthian Gulf, priced at 2.2 million euros. Spanning approximately 1.08 hectares, it includes pine trees, olive groves, and a sandy beach. Notably, it is not subject to Natura 2000 environmental restrictions, which may simplify construction permits for a residential home.

Another option is Stroggilo in the Dodecanese, priced at 4.5 million euros. This 22-hectare island features a natural water source and ruins of an old house and well, with the possibility of connecting to electricity from the neighboring island of Marathos. Additionally, the island of Strongyli is listed at 3 million euros for approximately 120 hectares.
