Greece sets November 3 deadline for 2026 Pothen Esches declarations
The deadline for the 2026 Pothen Esches annual asset declarations is approaching. Obligated individuals must complete the electronic submission process by Tuesday, November 3, 2026.
Submissions are conducted through the official pothen.gr platform using Taxisnet credentials. The process requires users to verify automatically populated data and manually add any information not retrieved from existing electronic systems. The declarations include the Statement of Assets (DPK) and, where necessary, the Statement of Financial Interests (DOS), covering assets from the previous year. Obligations also extend to spouses, civil partners, and minor children as defined by law.
The requirement applies to specific categories of individuals in the public, political, judicial, and private sectors, including political figures, elected representatives, and certain public officials and executives, in accordance with Law 5026/2023.
