Greece to complete supplementary 150 euro child allowance payments

A supplementary payment of 150 euros per child is scheduled to be completed by the end of August. This extraordinary financial aid is intended for families who met the eligibility criteria but were not included in the initial payment round.

This specific settlement primarily targets families where new members were added or where children's data had not yet been integrated into the electronic systems during the first processing phase. This includes children born between January 1, 2025, and July 31, 2026. The total amount received depends on the number of eligible children: 150 euros for one child, 300 euros for two, and 450 euros for three.

The payment process is automated by the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) and does not require a new application, provided that the recipient's data is complete and updated. Key requirements include the child being listed as a dependent on the 2025 tax return, having a correctly registered AMKA, and having a valid IBAN on file with the AADE.
