Greece: e-EFKA and DYPA to distribute 88.8 million euros in benefits

Between August 31 and September 4, 2026, e-EFKA and the Public Employment Service (DYPA) will distribute a total of 88,816,664.80 euros to 116,143 beneficiaries in Greece.

According to the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, the e-EFKA disbursements include approximately 2.55 million euros for September pension advances, 17 million euros for lump-sum payments, and 11.5 million euros for maternity, sickness, and accident benefits. Additionally, 8.5 million euros will be paid for the return of non-salaried contributions, and 260,000 euros are allocated for TAYTEKO benefits.

Regarding DYPA, the scheduled payments include 28 million euros for unemployment and other benefits to 46,000 recipients, 2 million euros for maternity leave support to 17,000 mothers, and 19 million euros for various employment programs involving 18,000 beneficiaries.
