Greece’s e‑EFKA digital services offline July 7–13, 2026

The Greek Social Insurance Institute (e‑EFKA) will suspend a range of its electronic services from 14:00 UTC on Tuesday 7 July 2026 until 11:00 UTC on Monday 13 July 2026. The temporary outage is caused by scheduled migration work on the contributions subsystem “Insurance – Revenue of Non‑Salaried Insured” as part of the launch of a new Integrated Information System (O.P.S.).

Affected services include non‑salaried contributions to EFKA/e‑EFKA, contributions to TEA, requests for refund of over‑paid amounts, parallel salaried employment declarations, contribution certificates for tax purposes, registration or re‑registration, activity changes, insurance termination, and optional TEKA insurance. During the migration, the “Dashboard Citizen‑myEFKA” will not display current contribution data, and the IRIS payment channel will be unavailable from 7 July to 10 July. Other payment methods remain operational, and citizens can seek assistance at their local e‑EFKA office. The aim of the work is to improve service experience with a modern, user‑friendly platform.
