Greek actresses join new Alpha TV drama productions

Greek actress Danaiia Pappá is set to star in the new Alpha TV drama series ‘Mia Gynaika’ (A Woman). She portrays Marina, a widow navigating the challenges of raising two children while confronting a traumatic past involving her mother. In addition to this television role, Pappá will appear in the theatrical production of ‘The Cyrano de Bergerac’ at the Akropoli Theatre this autumn, starring alongside Vasilis Charalampopoulos and directed by Giannis Kakleas.

Additionally, Marianna Pourega will join the cast of the Alpha TV series ‘Oi Koras of Areti’ (The Daughters of Areti). She plays Jenny, a dynamic and manipulative woman determined to protect her family status against the arrival of a character named Areti. The series is an adaptation of a globally successful drama that has been broadcast in over 50 countries.
