Greek club Aris hires veteran coach Abraham Grant as management consultant

Greek Super League side Aris announced the appointment of 71‑year‑old Israeli Abraham Grant as a management consultant. Grant, who has served as director of football and head coach at Chelsea, led the club to the 2008 Champions League final, and has held roles at Tottenham, Portsmouth, West Ham, Paris Saint‑Germain and several national teams including Israel, Ghana, Zambia and India. The club said his extensive experience will support its long‑term strategic goals and improve performance on and off the field. Grant is expected to arrive in Thessaloniki in the second ten‑day period of July after completing commitments in the United States for the World Cup.

The hiring underscores Aris' ambition to strengthen its organizational structure by leveraging Grant's broad European and international football background.
