Greek comedy series “TV Land” launches on ERT

ERT has added a new comedy series called “TV Land” to its schedule. The show follows the fictional production house R. E. M. Productions as it struggles to keep the soap opera “Forbidden Eden” on the air. The protagonist, Alice (played by Filippa Koutoupa), joins the company and quickly encounters backstage intrigue, financial pressure, and a web of romantic entanglements among the cast and crew.

The series was created by Giorgos Feidas, co‑written with Froso Ralli, and directed by Alexandros Rellos. Its ensemble cast includes Filippa Koutoupa, Sanny Hatzigiannou, Vangelis Salevris, Kostas Apostolakis, Elpida Nikolaou, Amalia Kavali, Giannis Sofologis‑Bezas, Fotini Atheridou, Sylvia Delikoura, Stefania Gourneleou, Ioannis Papazisis and Konstantinos Frantz. Each episode mixes satire with drama to expose the chaotic reality behind Greek television production.
