Greek series “Blue Hours” premieres with family feud and murder plot

The new drama “Blue Hours” will debut on the SKAI network. Set in the Pelion region, the story follows two affluent families, the Antoniaidis and the Karaiskos, who co‑own the dairy cooperative AhnaGal. A forbidden romance blossoms between Angelos Antoniaidis and Eva Rubani, both trapped in conventional marriages, while a shocking murder upends the families’ fragile balance. The series explores themes of love, power and hidden secrets as investigators and locals uncover past grievances. Filming locations span Pelion villages such as Tsagarada, Portaria and Milies, the port of Volos and the island of Skíthos. The production is directed by Andreas Georgiou, written by Vana Dimitriou, and features a large ensemble cast including Vangelis Kakourios, Iza­bèlla Foulop, Ieroklis Mihailidis and others.
