Major Greek energy players are focusing on infrastructure development and service diversification to navigate the evolving energy landscape in Southeastern Europe. At the 90th Thessaloniki International Fair, DEPA Group highlighted Greece's strategic role as an energy gateway, emphasizing the development of new natural gas corridors to enhance regional energy security and supply diversification.

Simultaneously, Public Power Corporation (PPC) is shifting its business model from simple electricity supply to providing personalized energy solutions. During the ‘H’ Conference, PPC Deputy CEO Giorgos Karakousis detailed the company's transition toward digital services, artificial intelligence, and integrated connectivity. This strategy includes the acquisition of Kotsovolos to bolster the company's ability to provide technical equipment and expertise for residential energy needs, such as heat pumps and rooftop photovoltaics.
