Greek families to receive supplementary €150 allowance by end of August

A supplementary payment of €150 per dependent child will be made to Greek families that were not included in the first disbursement or who had a child after the initial settlement. The payment covers children born between 1 January 2025 and 31 July 2026, provided the child is listed as a dependent in the 2025 tax return, the AMKA is correctly recorded and a valid IBAN is on file with AADE.

The amount scales with the number of children: €150 for one child, €300 for two, and €450 for three. Eligibility depends on income thresholds – €40,000 for the first child in married or cohabiting families (or €39,000 for single‑parent families), increasing by €5,000 for each additional child. The disbursement will occur automatically by the end of August without a new application, assuming all criteria are satisfied.
