Greek hospitality industry recognizes Grand Hotel Palace and Patmos Aktis

The Greek Hospitality Awards 2026 have honored several prominent Greek hotels for excellence in service, sustainability, and luxury.

Grand Hotel Palace in Thessaloniki received three awards, including two Gold awards for Best Greek Green City Hotel and Best Greek Business City Hotel. The hotel also secured the Best Greek MICE City Hotel award for the eighth consecutive year. Its sustainability efforts are supported by Green Key certification and partnerships focused on circular economy and zero-waste initiatives.

Patmos Aktis earned a Gold award for Best Greek Beach Resort and a Silver award for Best Greek Resort. These accolades follow a 30 million euro investment by the SMERemediumCap fund, which facilitated a major renovation and the addition of 33 new suites and mezzanines. The resort is now part of The Luxury Collection, part of the Marriott Bonvoy global travel program.
