Greek Joker Lottery Draw Distributes €5 Million; Two Winners Claim €2.57 Million
On Sunday, 12 July, the Greek Joker lottery held its draw, awarding a €5 million jackpot to the first‑category winners. The winning numbers were 1, 3, 7, 15, 21 with Joker 13. The jackpot now starts at €1 million, while the second‑category prize is a fixed €100 000 per winner, up to €2 million in total.
Two players, one in Grevena, Greece and another in Limassol, Cyprus, correctly predicted all numbers and each received €2 569 895,58. They submitted their tickets at local Allwyn outlets. Store co‑owners Demetra and Evi Bantoγια said, “There is no greater joy for us than seeing a big winner in our shop… the whole neighbourhood will be talking about the Joker super‑winner,” and added wishes for the winner’s health and prudent use of the prize.
The draw and the large winnings attracted considerable attention in both regions, highlighting the lottery’s popularity and the substantial payouts possible under the new prize structure.
