Greek Minister Thanos Plevris opens New Democracy's new Thessproti regional offices

On Tuesday, 21 July 2026 at 20:30, the governing committee of the New Democracy electoral district of Thessproti held the official inauguration of its new regional offices in Ighoumenitsa. The ceremony, located on the first floor of 1 Eftheliou Venizelou Street, was organized in partnership with the municipal bodies of Ighoumenitsa, Filiates and Souli and the party's youth organization. Minister of Migration and Asylum Thanos Plevris attended the event, which included a blessing to mark the start of operations.

The new premises are intended to serve as a modern, open venue for political participation, dialogue and cooperation for party members, volunteers and supporters across the Thessproti region, signalling an organisational upgrade and a push to strengthen the party’s local presence.
