Greek municipalities announce hiring for Sports for All programs

The municipalities of Preveza and Volos in Greece have announced recruitment drives for physical education graduates to implement the ‘Sports for All’ programs for the 2026–2027 period.

In Preveza, four positions are available under fixed-term private law contracts for up to eight months. Three roles are for general physical education graduates to support programs ranging from preschool to elderly fitness. A fourth specialized position is designated for graduates with expertise in special education to assist individuals with chronic illnesses or disabilities.

In Volos, ten positions are being offered for similar fixed-term contracts. Candidates must hold a degree in physical education or a related postgraduate title. The selection process will be based on a scoring system where unemployment status is a primary criterion, alongside professional experience and other qualifications such as being a parent of a large family or local residency.
