Greek municipalities set council meetings in Alexandroupoli and Chania

A special session of the Alexandroupoli Municipal Council will be held on Wednesday, 1 July 2026 at 14:30 in the council chamber to elect members of the council’s Board and the Municipal Committee, in accordance with articles of the Greek Municipal Code.

The Chania Municipal Committee will meet on Tuesday, 30 June 2026 at 09:00 in the Central Municipal Hall. Its agenda includes approval of a real‑estate compensation plan for the “Chalepa” urban development project, renewal of permits for special tourist bus lanes, staffing decisions for school cleaning, implementation of an employment programme for persons with disabilities, market lease allocations, and several other administrative and regulatory matters.
