Greek teens Karadrikas and Zorbas join Bayern Munich and AC Milan
Seventeen‑year‑old Konstantinos Karadrikas from Peristeri, Athens, and sixteen‑year‑old Spyros Zorbas from the Piraeus area have been signed by two of Europe’s biggest football clubs. Bayern Munich offered Karadrikas a place in its academy after he was scouted in 2015 while playing for local side Herakles Peristeriou. He recently finished his second year of high school, balancing studies with intensive training, and now moves to Germany to develop his talent.
Zorbas, still a teenager, has accepted an invitation from AC Milan’s youth setup, preparing to leave Greece for Italy. Both players aim to prove that their abilities can succeed at the highest level, joining clubs that opened their doors to the promising Greek prospects.
