Greek telecom OTE Group posts €145 million net profit in Q2 2026

The OTE Group announced strong second‑quarter results for 2026. Net profit rose 12.2% to €145 million, while adjusted EBITDA after leases reached €343.3 million, a 3% increase year‑on‑year. Consolidated revenue was €855.8 million, essentially flat on a comparable basis, and the EBITDA margin improved to 40.1% from 39.0% a year earlier.

Customer growth was led by fiber‑to‑the‑home (FTTH) services, with the subscriber base expanding to 687 000 customers and a record addition of about 62 000 new connections in the quarter. FTTH penetration of OTE’s line portfolio rose to 41.7% from 31.3% a year ago. Television subscribers reached 793 000 by the end of June, and fixed‑wireless (FWA) connections grew to 119 000. System Solutions revenue climbed 52.1% to €137.8 million, driven by digital transformation projects for public and private clients.
