Greek television networks announce new programming for upcoming season

Greek television networks are preparing for the upcoming season with several major announcements. SKAI has announced a new daily program titled ‘Studio stis 3’, set to premiere on August 31 at 15:00. The show will be hosted by Nancy Zambetoglou and Thanasis Anagnostopoulos, who have signed a three-year contract with the station following their previous work at ERT. The program is expected to combine news, interviews, and entertainment.

Meanwhile, ANT1 is preparing to launch a new period drama series titled ‘Krino & Agathi’ (Lily & Thorn) during the autumn. Starring Giorgos Gerontidakis and Anastasia Pantousi, the series is set in Arcadia in 1959 and follows a woman’s quest for revenge that evolves into an unexpected romance. The production is based on the successful Turkish drama ‘Aşk ve Mavi’ (Love & Hate), which aired between 2016 and 2018.
