Greek Women's Second Division schedule and format announced

The draw for the 2026-2027 Greek Women's Second Division football championship has been completed at the Hellenic Football Federation offices. The league will be organized into four groups, with the season scheduled to begin on the weekend of September 26-27, 2026.

In the second group, which consists of ten teams, AOPK Patista is set to open their campaign at home against Nireides Fthias. Other notable matchups in this group include Panetolikos versus Theoni Trikala and Flamingo Mesolongiou versus Atromitos Zarouchleika.

The championship structure involves two phases. Following the regular season, the winners of each of the four groups will advance to promotion playoffs. These four teams will be paired via a draw for two home-and-away series. The two winners of these series will earn promotion to the Women's First Division for the 2027-2028 season. Meanwhile, the last-placed team in each group will be relegated to the Third Division.
