Green Bay Packers expect early return of Tucker Kraft and Micah Parsons

Packers general manager Brian Gutekunst said both tight end Tucker Kraft and edge‑rusher Micah Parsons, who suffered torn ACLs in Week 9 and Week 15 of the 2025 season respectively, are projected to return early in the 2026 campaign. Gutekunst noted that Kraft is "ahead of schedule" and could be ready for Week 1, while Parsons, despite a later injury, is also making rapid progress. Both players had been key contributors—Kraft recorded 32 catches for 489 yards and six touchdowns, and Parsons logged 12.5 sacks and 79 pressures— and the team’s performance declined after their injuries. The typical recovery period for ACL tears is about 12 months, but the Packers are optimistic about a quicker comeback, which they view as a significant boost for the upcoming season.
