Green Bay Packers face injury setbacks as Jayden Reed's return timeline remains unclear

The Green Bay Packers are facing significant roster challenges due to multiple injuries. Wide receiver Jayden Reed remains sidelined with a neck injury sustained during a Week 2 game against the New York Jets. Head coach Matt LaFleur stated there is currently no update regarding a timeline for Reed’s return.

In addition to Reed, the Packers have struggled with offensive line availability and other player injuries, contributing to a difficult start to the season and a low league average in rushing yards.

Meanwhile, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are also dealing with injury concerns. Quarterback Baker Mayfield suffered a dislocated thumb during a recent loss to the Minnesota Vikings. Buccaneers coach Todd Bowles indicated that while X-rays did not show a fracture, an MRI is required to determine the full extent of the injury.
