Green College announces Richard V Ericson Special Lecture

Green College will host the Richard V Ericson Lecture on March 3, 2027, featuring Lucia Zedner, a professor of Criminal Justice, Law, and All Souls College at the University of Oxford. The event is open to the general public, though seating is limited.

The lecture series honors the memory of Dr. Richard V Ericson, the founding principal of Green College and a renowned criminologist and sociologist. Dr. Ericson held prestigious positions at the University of Toronto and the University of Oxford, and his academic work focused on police work, crime reporting, and the sociology of knowledge.

The lecture will be held at the Coach House, with coffee and tea served at 4:30 pm, followed by a reception in the Piano Lounge at Graham House.
