Green Friday Market attracts 30,000 visitors in Cairo

The inaugural ‘Green Friday Market’ in Cairo concluded at the Al Masa Hotel, attracting over 30,000 visitors. Organized by BrandIt Cairo, the event featured 37 exhibitors, including official dealers, distributors, banks, and electric vehicle charging companies.

The market introduced a new model for the Egyptian automotive sector by integrating the sale of new, used, and nearly-new vehicles with immediate financing, insurance, and inspection services. To expedite transactions, a mobile documentation vehicle from the Ministry of Justice was present on-site to finalize purchase contracts.

Financial institutions participated with various incentives. ADIB Egypt offered exclusive cashback of up to 5% on vehicle financing, while Valu provided car financing options with a 10.5% fixed annual interest rate and no down payment requirements.
