Green Game launches 14th edition for Italian school sustainability education

The 14th edition of Green Game has officially launched, a free educational initiative designed to teach Italian secondary school students about the circular economy, sustainability, and proper waste management.

The program is promoted by several national non-profit consortia responsible for packaging collection and recycling, including BIOREPACK, CIAL, COMIECO, COREPLA, COREVE, and RICREA. The initiative aims to align community behaviors with the sustainability goals set by the 2030 Agenda.

The educational format includes in-person tours through regions such as Tuscany, Calabria, and Benevento, as well as digital sessions for the rest of Italy. Students participate in interactive deep-dive sessions followed by quiz competitions. The program will culminate in a National Final to crown the 2027 National Champion school.
