Green Garden Wellness Lounge opens at Puerto Plata Airport

Green Garden Wellness Lounge has officially opened a new facility at the Puerto Plata International Airport in the Dominican Republic. This marks the first wellness center to operate within an airport terminal in the Caribbean region.

Led by Dr. Raysa Perrone, the lounge offers various relaxation and recovery services for travelers, including different types of massages and compression boot therapies. The initiative aims to capitalize on the growing international trend of wellness tourism, which integrates health and personal care into the travel experience.

Carlos Rodolí, Director of Northern Airports for Aeropuertos Dominicanos Siglo XXI (AERODOM), stated that the addition aims to enhance passenger satisfaction and add value to the airport experience. The opening ceremony included representatives from the tourism and business sectors, as well as AERODOM executives.
