Green SM and KiotViet partner to expand green delivery ecosystem

Green SM and KiotViet have signed a strategic memorandum of understanding to integrate sales management solutions with green mobility and delivery services. The partnership aims to connect Green SM’s electric ecosystem with over 300,000 stores currently using KiotViet’s software across Vietnam.

The collaboration focuses on three main pillars: Green Express, Green SM Food, and green mobility services. Key initiatives include integrating Green SM Food and Green Express directly into the KiotViet management software to automate order processing, particularly for the food industry. The companies also plan to provide POS equipment and support for businesses joining the Green SM Food network.

Additionally, the agreement includes implementing green mobility solutions for KiotViet staff and launching joint promotional programs, such as travel vouchers, to enhance consumer convenience and support partner business activities. The companies intend to promote Green Express nationwide by the fourth quarter of 2026.
