Green SM launches all-electric taxi service in Los Angeles

Vietnamese mobility brand Green SM has officially launched an all-electric taxi service in Los Angeles, California. This move marks the company’s first entry into the North American market and its ninth global market following expansions in Asia and Europe.

The service utilizes a 100% all-electric fleet consisting of VinFast VF 8 models. Customers can book rides via the Green SM app, a dedicated hotline, or by hailing vehicles on the street. The company aims to provide services ranging from daily commutes to airport transfers.

To mark the launch, Green SM is offering promotional fares, including 50% off for the first five trips for new customers and a Green Pass membership featuring monthly discount vouchers.
