Green Velvet to headline Las Vegas rooftop event at OMNIA Skybar

Chicago house music pioneer Green Velvet, born Curtis Jones, is scheduled to headline Sunset Club Sundays at OMNIA Skybar atop Caesars Palace in Las Vegas on August 30. The event is set to run from 7 p.m. to midnight.

Green Velvet is recognized for his three-decade career and influential tracks such as ‘Flash’, ‘La La Land’, and ‘Percolator’. He founded Relief and Cajual Records, which were instrumental in the Chicago house scene. His recent work includes collaborations with artists such as MEDUZA, GENESI, ESSENTIA, and Detlef.

The performance takes place at the newly opened 46,000-square-foot OMNIA Dayclub and Skybar complex. The rooftop venue features the OMNIA Horizon, an 8K LED canvas designed to display cinematic sunset footage as natural light fades.
