Green Waters launches AI Business FDE training program

Green Waters Co., Ltd. has launched the ‘AI Business FDE Training Program’ to cultivate Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE). This role, which has been established in the United States, involves leading problem-solving by directing AI at the forefront of business operations.

The program is designed to provide universal, self-sustaining skills that remain relevant despite the rapid evolution of generative AI models. It consists of a three-month core curriculum covering IT foundations, security, AI direction, programming, data analysis, and business consulting. Following the core stage, participants can choose from five specialized tracks: business consulting, data analysis, AI literacy, AI-driven programming development, and infrastructure/security.

To support career development, the program utilizes ‘GWork,’ a platform that visualizes acquired skills and learning history to assist in professional growth.
