Greenhouse Megastore acquired by George family via GMS Supply LLC

GMS Supply LLC, owned by the George family, has completed the acquisition of Greenhouse Megastore assets from BFG Supply Co. This move returns the business to the family that founded the original International Greenhouse Company in 1993.

Ben and David George, sons of founder David L. George, intend to build on the company’s legacy while focusing on inventory replenishment and strengthening vendor partnerships. The business will continue to operate under the Greenhouse Megastore name, providing structures, equipment, and supplies to commercial growers, schools, and gardening enthusiasts. Operations remain uninterrupted, and the company is currently accepting new orders.
