Greening completes Energy Solar Tech takeover as energy firms advance transition

Greening has successfully completed its takeover bid (OPA) for Energy Solar Tech after securing acceptance from more than 92% of its share capital. As part of the transaction, Energy Solar Tech shareholders will receive 0.9546 new Greening shares for each share contributed. This acquisition is intended to strengthen Greening’s position as an integrated energy platform by adding renewable assets, industrial capabilities, and technological expertise in electrical infrastructure and data center solutions.

In a separate development, Essential Energy Holding is advancing its decarbonization strategy. Its entities, Rosario Bioenergy and Establecimiento El Albardón, have entered the Wholesale Electricity Market (MEM). The company is implementing a hybrid energy scheme, combining thermal energy for operational stability with wind energy under the MATER (Renewable Energy Term Market) regime to reduce its carbon footprint and improve cost predictability.
