Greenland Mines begins trading on Frankfurt Stock Exchange

Greenland Mines (NASDAQ: GRML) has commenced trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol HK6. This listing is intended to provide European investors with an additional venue to access company shares, complementing its existing Nasdaq listing. No new shares are being issued as part of this Frankfurt listing.

The move aligns with the company’s membership in the European Raw Materials Alliance (ERMA) and its North Atlantic Critical Metals Corridor strategy. This strategy aims to link Greenland’s mineral resources with capital, infrastructure, and industrial demand across Europe and North America.

Greenland Mines is currently developing the Sarfartoq rare-earth project in southwest Greenland, as well as the Skaergaard project in East Greenland, which focuses on gold, palladium, platinum, and other critical metals.
