Greg Biffle's estate faces $10 million wrongful death lawsuit
Nicole Biffle, the ex-wife of NASCAR driver Greg Biffle, has filed a $10 million wrongful death lawsuit against Biffle’s estate. The legal action follows a fatal plane crash in North Carolina on December 18, 2025, which claimed the lives of Biffle, his wife Cristina, their son Ryder, Biffle’s daughter Emma, Craig Wadsworth, and Dennis and Jack Dutton.
In her filing, Nicole Biffle alleges that Greg Biffle insisted his 14-year-old daughter travel despite showing flu-like symptoms and expressing a desire not to fly. She also claims Biffle influenced critical decisions prior to takeoff, including the management of a generator issue and engine imbalance.
This lawsuit adds to a growing series of legal actions related to the crash. The estates of Dennis and Jack Dutton have filed separate $15 million wrongful death lawsuits against Biffle’s estate, alleging inadequate crew and poor aircraft maintenance. Additionally, a $10 million lawsuit has been filed against the Dutton estate regarding the death of Emma Dutton.
