Greg Duncan sells renovated Bellevue Hill home for approximately $31 million
Greg and Glenda Duncan, the former owners of the luxury automotive group Trivett, have sold their renovated residence in Bellevue Hill for approximately $31 million, according to local sources.
The property was sold via private treaty on September 22, though the specific buyer and final sale price are expected to remain confidential until settlement. The Duncans originally acquired the four-bedroom, four-bathroom home in 1996 for $1.45 million.
The sale follows the couple's acquisition of a Point Piper penthouse in May 2025 for $29.5 million. Greg Duncan previously sold Trivett to the UK-based dealer group Inchcape for $116 million in 2013.
