Greg Hansford withdraws from One Nation Victorian election race

Greg Hansford has withdrawn as the One Nation candidate for the Eastern Victoria upper house region ahead of the November state election. The party announced the decision, stating that Hansford is facing a ‘serious health matter that requires ongoing treatment.’

Hansford previously collapsed while attending a football-netball league event in Bairnsdale last September. One Nation expressed support for Hansford and his family, noting that the party will now select a new candidate to fill the top position on its ticket for the Legislative Council.
