Göreme and Keçiören municipalities launch property lease tenders

The Göreme Municipality in Nevşehir Province announced an open‑tender process to lease eight commercial shops. The properties range from 15 m² to 100 m², with annual rents between 150,000 and 800,000 Turkish lira and lease terms of one to ten years. Bids are to be submitted by 20 July 2026 at the municipal council building.

The Keçiören District Municipality in Ankara outlined a separate tender for four properties, including ATM platform sites and two‑storey buildings intended for business use and family‑health centres. The tender, scheduled for 28 July, sets monthly rent at 210,000 lira plus VAT for the ATM sites and 150,000 lira plus VAT for the business premises, with lease periods of three to five years. Applicants must provide standard documentation such as notarised signatures, tax certificates and proof of no municipal debts.
