Grey’s Anatomy Season 23 broadcasts on ABC

Season 23 of Grey’s Anatomy is airing on Thursdays at 10 p.m. ET on ABC. The new season follows the events of the Royer Bridge collapse and features the departure of characters Owen Hunt and Teddy Altman, who moved to Paris.

In the second episode, titled “Slippin’ and Slidin’,” storylines include Bailey adjusting to student life and responding to a fraternity hazing incident. Meredith Grey returns from Boston to advocate for a young patient, while Simone discovers she is pregnant with an uncertain paternity.

Viewers without cable can stream the live broadcast via DirecTV, Hulu + Live TV, Fubo, and Sling TV. Episodes are also available for on-demand streaming on Hulu and Disney+ the day after they air.
