Grigoris Arnaoutoglou discusses faith and mental health

Greek presenter and radio producer Grigoris Arnaoutoglou shared personal reflections during the ‘Dimitria 2026’ events. Speaking with emotional openness, he discussed his deep religious faith, including his experiences visiting Mount Athos and his past strict adherence to religious practices.

Arnaoutoglou also addressed mental health, revealing that he sought psychiatric help for six years and utilized medication. He noted that his decision to speak openly about psychotherapy aims to challenge the social taboos surrounding mental health treatment.

Additionally, during his radio show ‘Proino Sfera’, he reflected on past personal failings regarding infidelity and deception in relationships, describing himself as having been ‘sinful’ in that regard, which he cited as a reason for never having married.
