Grigoris Prekas joins Anagennisi Arkalochoriou on loan

Basketball player Grigoris Prekas has joined Anagennisi Arkalochoriou on loan from Promitheas. In a recent interview, Prekas described the move to the Elite League as a personal challenge and a significant step for his career.

Prekas noted that this is his first time playing professional basketball outside of Patra. He expressed his commitment to giving 100% in every game to help the new team reach its highest potential. He also reflected on his time with the National U20 team, which recently secured a fifth-place finish at the EuroBasket.

Having gained more playing time in National League 1 compared to his experience in the GBL, Prekas believes he is well-prepared for the competition level of the Elite League and looks forward to testing himself against international players.
