Grijanje Pljevlja issues tender for flue gas purification system
The utility company Grijanje Pljevlja has launched a public tender for the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of a new flue gas purification system. The project aims to reduce the emission of pollutants and dust to comply with current regulations, ensuring the city boiler plant in Skerlićeva Street can operate safely during the upcoming heating season.
The estimated value of the procurement is 322,000 euros excluding VAT, totaling 389,620 euros including 21 percent VAT. The scope of work is comprehensive, covering mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering designs, equipment production, installation, supervision, and system testing. The central component will be a pulse jet bag filter with a capacity of 23,100 cubic meters of air per hour.
Bids must be submitted by September 7. The company has prioritized speed, noting that shorter implementation periods will earn additional points in the selection process. The maximum deadline for contract completion is 45 days from the date of signing. The urgency of the tender is driven by the need to prepare heating installations for the autumn season, which serves a large number of legal and physical entities in Pljevlja.
