Grimaldi Group receives award for maritime vocational training

Grimaldi Group has received the Bollino per l’Alternanza di Qualità (BAQ) from Confindustria for the ninth consecutive year. This recognition highlights the company's commitment to investing in youth training and bridging the gap between educational institutions and the professional maritime sector.

Through the Grimaldi Educa project, the Group offers school-to-work training paths (FSL) specifically designed for students in nautical, hotel, tourist, and professional institutes. Francesca Marino, Head of Passenger Department at Grimaldi Lines, noted a growing enthusiasm among Italian youth for maritime professions and the professional opportunities they provide.
