Grindr generates more revenue per employee than Apple, Meta, and Google

Grindr has achieved a higher revenue per employee than several major technology giants, including Apple, Meta, and Alphabet (Google). According to data from Multiples, the LGBTQIAPN+ dating app generates approximately $3 million in annual revenue for every employee, trailing only Nvidia, which leads with $5.1 million per employee.

Operating with a relatively small team of about 200 employees, Grindr's efficiency stands in stark contrast to companies like Amazon and Microsoft, which employ hundreds of thousands. The company's recent financial performance shows significant growth; in its second-quarter report from August, Grindr posted $138 million in revenue, a 33% increase year-over-year, with a net profit of $18 million.
