Grêmio Novorizontino launches social and educational sports program

Grêmio Novorizontino has launched the ‘Tigres em Ação’ Educational and Social Development Program (PDE) in Novo Horizonte. The initiative combines futsal training with human, academic, and social education for 40 children and adolescents.

Developed in partnership with the Novo Horizonte Secretariat of Education and the Maria José de Oliveira Municipal School, the program aims to use sports as a tool for social impact and citizenship. Genilson da Rocha Santos, president of Grêmio Novorizontino SAF, stated that the project focuses on educational formation, discipline, and respect through sports interaction.
