Gürün begins reconstruction of earthquake-damaged police and teacher buildings

In the Gürün district of Sivas, construction has officially begun on new buildings for the District Police Department and the teachers' house. These structures are being rebuilt to replace facilities that were damaged during the February 6 earthquakes.

The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by AK Party Group Chairman Abdullah Güler, along with various politicians and bureaucrats. The new buildings are projected to be completed and opened for service within one year.
