Grünbeck AG has announced a restructuring of its executive board to support sustainable growth and organizational development. Effective January 1, 2027, the company will transition from a single-member board to a three-person leadership team.

Dr. Günter Stoll, who previously served as the sole board member, has been appointed CEO. Joining the board are two internal promotions: Sandra Stricker will oversee Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, and Company Compliance, while Harald Wiedenmann will manage Sales, Technology, and Service.
