Grüne Schmiede moves from Ansbacher weekly market to new Mörlach farm hub

After eight years of operating a stall at the Ansbacher Wochenmarkt, the organic farm Grüne Schmiede announced the end of its market presence on 31 July 2026. The enterprise will concentrate its activities on its Mörlach location near Bechhofen, where it already runs a market garden, a farm shop, a café and an experience farm.

The new focus includes expanding direct sales of regional organic products to schools, kindergartens, canteens and other institutions, as well as offering guided tours, workshops and events that let visitors see food production up close. Grüne Schmiede invited former market customers to visit the new site during a “Bio‑Erlebnistag” scheduled for 10 October 2026.
